Exchanges and Returns
As this is an auction, we do not accept exchanges or returns. The pieces in this auction are made by emerging artists and are one of a kind pieces, if there is a fault with your piece please contact us. We do not accept responsibility to pieces that may have been damaged during transit. However, this is very unlikely due to the nature of the packaging.
SHIPPING POLICY
Shipping & Packaging
After payment has been received, the piece will be packaged and posted within 3 working days. All fine art prints and photography pieces are in black frames and will be packaged with bubble wrap and cardboard to protect the glass. Mixed Media and Paintings will be packaged with bubble wrap and cardboard. The shipping cost varies depending on destination and weight. The buyer is responsible for paying this cost.
